Bolted Soft Wheat Flour
Castle Valley Mill’s Soft Wheat is red winter wheat that grows well in our Mid-Atlantic climate. This is a low protein wheat that is best suited to batter-style baking such as banana bread, pancakes, muffins, pastry, scones, waffles or anything that should have a soft, crumbly texture.
Refrigerate at 42°F or cooler for up to six months, frozen bags will keep up to a year.
